Now it makes more sense. I was afraid that it would have a bunch of canned lessons by people other than the teacher. I am not sure which blog is Mr. Kelsey's but I would like to check it out. Also from the mention of the cameras during inservice, I gather that we have the technology here at school to make videos and such. If so, maybe in inservice on using the technology or time for planning (ie curriculum assignment) with reference to the above.
I think flipping works because it gives the student a sense of worth in the classroom. Its a good way to get classroom information out to our students.
